World 100 - 2011 Bus Trip

Many have asked so here goes, after long consideration the family has decided to once again take the Charter Bus to the World 100!

The price is $275.00 per person!

The dates are September 9, 2011 - September 11, 2011.

The bus will start off in Arnold MO near the 24 Hour Fitness Parking Lot and will leave at 7:00 a.m. the bus will then stop in Troy IL and Effingham IL we will stop at Terre Haute IN at the Golden Corral (Buffet Style) for lunch (not included in trip price). After lunch we then head to the hotel in Richmond IN (approximately 45 minutes from the track). We will check into the hotel, you will have time to change if you want and then get back on the bus to head Eldora for the World 100. We will park outside turn 4 and the bus will depart the track approximate 1 - 1 1/2 hours after last "non qualifiers race", this will give you time to visit the pits and souvenir row.

Saturday we will provide a lunch (yet to be determined), we will head to the track at approximately 3:45 giving you time to visit the pits and souvenir row once again. The bus will leave approximately 1 - 1 1/2 hours after the World 100 race, we have never left anyone and don't intend to start.

Sunday we will get up and head back home, we arrive back in Arnold around approximately 6:00 p.m.

The bus is NON SMOKING and we do make stops for the smokers to take breaks. Soda & snacks provided on bus, you must bring your own alcohol etc.

If you have gone in the past you know much fun the trips are and can be, if you have not gone in the past we encourage you to go on the bus at least once and see for yourself or ask someone who has gone in the past.

Tickets

Yes your reserved tickets are included in the price. I apologize I don't have the exact loaction yet, but the seats for the World will be in the bleachers nearest turn 3 & 4. For the Dream we can get them under the cover on the front stretch but not for the World.

Does the $275 include a hotel room in it - or what does that cover? I would not need a hotel room for each person I bring with me.
 
Bus trip there and back / Lunch Saturday before the races / Tickets to the race (both days) / Hotel Room. Free water and chips on the way there and back.
 
Yah,thats the best part...no drinking and driven.. and the bus parks right up front in turn four...right by the bathroom....for Steve Webb

The trip includes round trip transportation, we don't leave you there, food before the race on Saturday (lunch), reserved admission ticket (pit pass upgrade for only $5 more and you still have your reserved seat too), plus your hotel room the cost is based on two people per room, however if you had three or four people that wanted to share a room we would reduce the cost of trip by the cost of the room(s) not needed.

This might just be one of the best bus trips EVER! We have many returning guest and about 10 new ones, it is really amazing how the list is growing, we still have room so if you want to join us let us know.
