No decision on if the trip will be cancelled has been made yet, however we are short right now by 6 people, but once a decision is made everyone will be notified and IF the trip is cancelled full refunds will be made to those who have paid their deposit. Just note to date, WE have NOT ever cancelled any trips & we don't intend or want to.

Tell your friends to sign up and lets go have a blast.
 
We have never cancelled a trip yet and don't intend to cancel this one, we are going to do everything in our power to make it happen. I spoke with the hotel last night and they said I can let them know my final count next Friday September 2, 2011 so a final decision has been pushed back a week. But like I said we have not cancelled a trip yet.
 
I sure hope it's a go!!! My dad & I are really looking forward to it!! It's going to be a blast! I can't wait! And if it's Johnny Pasta's birthday weekend, we can't ruin that!!! lol
 
This trip is the best way to go, tons of fun, meet new people, see great races. Best part no chance of an out of state DWI.
 
Can't believe two (2) weeks away and we'll be on our way to the World 100. I just love all those late models racing with each heat like a feature. Eldora is always fun and some of the people that go make it a weekend to remember! Hope to see you!
 
The bus trip is a go! Just confirmed everything today, we have room for additional passengers, so if you can get to St Louis (Arnold MO 7:00 a.m. CST) or if you are on our way (Troy IL 8:00 a.m. CST, Effingham IL 9:45 a.m. CST, Terre Haute IN 11:50 a.m. EST or Indianapolois IN 1:00 p.m. EST) we can pick you up along the way just give us a call (314) 596-1840 - if you get voice mail, please leave a message.

If you wake up on Friday September 9 and decide you want to go and can make it to the bus on time, come on and join the fun!
 
GREAT!!! We will see you all Sept 9 in Troy IL at the Truck Stop on 162 around 7:45. I can't wait!! And yes it's great knowing that I have no chance of getting a DUI that weekend, lol. Looking forward to some great racing & meeting some new people! WOO HOO!
 
Anyone who normally gets on the bus at the TA in Troy, may want to make sure you can still leave your car there. About a month back they told some bingo players that they had a new rule of no overnight parking. (maybe they don't like bingo players????) Anyway I know Pilot across the road had said it was ok.

Check with Danny for sure on where to get on at Troy.
 
10 DAYS until we leave, not counting today! This is going to be one of the best trips we have, come on and join the fun, we still have some room.
 
Can'twait - Only 1 week to go. You never know what you are gonna see or do at Eldora (or on the way there if your riding the bus) Its kinda like Vegas - what happens at Eldora stays at Eldora.
 
Anyone getting on in Troy IL please make sure you go to the Pilot Truck Stop, not the TA/BP. The Pilot is across the street. I will be calling you next week to confirm times and location but we leave Troy at 8:00 a.m. so please be there no later than 7:45 a.m.

Got 4 Eckert jerzees, Eckert tent, 3 cases of Bud Light, Eckert coozie, blanket, 8 advil, and 2 bottles of water...and my Eckert foam finger...i think i am ready...
