BAD BOB

sick & twisted old man
"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom.

What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else..

When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

Good OT post

Many politicians believe in reducing class envy by bringing the upper class down rather than bringing the lower class up.

If you want less of something -- tax it.
If you want less upper class citizens -- tax them.

From the New Testament I was taught:
"Give to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's."
(Matthew 22: 15-22, Mark 12: 13-17, and Luke 20: 19-26)

But soon we will become a country that won't want to use our own money. We will make cash transactions "under the table" or barter with coins of silver and gold. Soon the government will do away with legal tender and all transactions will be done with plastic so appropriate taxes can be applied. Silver and gold coins will be confiscated.

How many politicians have gotten caught paying "under the table" wages (to illegal aliens) for domestic help?
