<b>GREAT XDCS SPEED CHANNEL RATINGS; SCHEDULE ADDITION AND ADJUSTMENTS; WEST LIBERTY ADDS NON-QUALIFIERS RACE; WEBCAST FORM AVAILABLE ON XDCS WEBSITE</b>

MOORESVILLE, NC - The ratings for the first televised Xtreme DirtCar Series event on SPEED Channel from East Bay Raceway in Tampa, FL on February 27 showed some outstanding numbers. According to Nielsen Media Research, the XDCS event had an accum overnight rating of 1.18 and was seen in 684,400 households.

"The fan base for dirt racing on SPEED Channel is as passionate as any on the network," SPEED Channel President Jim Liberatore said. "The ratings for the Xtreme DirtCar Series are no surprise at all and we expect our 'Dirty Thursday' programming to continue be one of the strong points in our weekly lineup."

XDCS officials shared SPEED Channel's enthusiasm over the ratings numbers and said this indicates the growth of the sport.

"We already knew we had one of the most enthusiastic fan bases in all of motorsports, and the ratings also show there is an entirely new audience watching dirt track racing," XDCS President Doug Bland said. "A lot of new race fans saw the Xtreme DirtCar Series for the first time, they saw something new and exciting, and they liked what they saw."

The next XDCS event to air on SPEED Channel will be on May 9 at 9 p.m. ET with action from the April 11 event at Carolina Speedway in Gastonia, NC.

<b> XDCS ADDS W. FARGO, ND TO SPRING TOUR AND CHANGES RAPID CITY, SD DATE:</b>
Xtreme DirtCar Series officials have announced an addition to the 2003 schedule with a 50-lap $10,000-to-win event at Red River Valley Speedway in West Fargo, ND on May 14. To accommodate the West Fargo event, XDCS officials have moved the event at Black Hills Speedway in Rapid City, SD to May 16.

"During the past two years, we've received a lot of requests to visit Red River Valley Speedway, and we've finally got it done," XDCS President Doug Bland said. "This event is a great addition to our Spring Tour, and we need to thanks the folks at Black Hills Speedway and the Dakota State Fairgrounds Speedway in Huron, SD for their help in getting this accomplished."

The XDCS Spring Tour will feature six events in five states over a
12-day period. The Spring Tour will begin on May 9 at Kankakee Speedway in Kankakee, IL, then move to Superior Speedway in Superior, WI on May 12, followed by West Fargo, ND on May 14, Rapid City, SD on May 16, and then on to Huron, SD on May 17. The Spring Tour concludes on May 20 at West Liberty Raceway in West Liberty, IA on May 20.

<b>WEST LIBERTY ADDS NON-QUALIFIER EVENTS</b> - Officials at West Liberty Raceway in West Liberty, IA have announced a Non-Qualifiers Race for each of their Xtreme DirtCar Series events on May 20 and August 5.

Drivers that fail to transfer to the West Liberty XDCS series main
events will have the opportunity to earn some extra cash. The winner will receive $500-to-win, $400 for second-place, $300 for third-place, $200 for fourth-place, and drivers finishing fifth on back will earn $100.

<b>WEBCAST REGISTRATION FORM AVAILABLE ON XDCS WEBSITE</b> - Xtreme DirtCar Series officials have announced the registration form to receive the live webcasts presented by Autobet.US of selected XDCS events has now been posted on the
series' web site at www.xtremedirtcars.com.

The first live webcast will come from the next XDCS event at Carolina Speedway in Gastonia, NC on April 11, followed by another live webcast the following night from the XDCS event at Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, SC.

<b>DELTA BOWL GOES TO A ONE-DAY SHOW</b> - Xtreme DirtCar Series officials have announced the XDCS event at the new Delta Bowl Speedway in Tunica, MS will now be a one-day 75-lap $15,000-to-win show on May 3. The event will be taped by SPEED Channel, and will air on May 29 at 9 p.m. ET.
