The Dauminater lived up to his name tonight by besting a field of midgets at the 1/4 mile Springfield raceway in Springfield Mo. He took the lead on lap 1 and was never passed although there were many attempts. Kevin Bayer was in hot persuit, but Zach ran a flawless race. He swept the night by winning his heat race as well.
Peter palazzolo finished a strong 6th in his midget debut.

It's been a pretty good couple of weeks lately for Pike County alumni, as Cameron Dodson took the Silver Crown portion of the Copper World, and now Zach picked up his win last night.

This is a big win for Zach, as one simply doesn't outrun Kevin Bayer easily.
 
Way to go Zach!!! Congrats from all of us....cant wait to see your mom this week. I bet she is still smiling...lol...
