I was told Bielong was disqualified for failing to scale at highland last night? This is is the third or fourth time he has managed to do this in the last couple of years??

I heard that Bielong failed to make the show at Fayette county Sunday and got in with a provisional. Curious if anyone knows what happened, was the car not running right?
