I agree with you Tnie, but how can you get any more cost effective rules than tri city street stock?? Stock heads, stock crank , rods, intake , hyd cam , etc.These are the the same rules we had back when we started in 03.We had a 390 410 lift rule back then , but same cost.We had to run street...
