$2000 for bombers

WOW $2000 for bombers $3000 maybe $4000 for SS thats BIG $$$$ for those classes. What i dont understand though, is why is the biggest payout of the year for mods only $1000. Just dosent seem right does it when on some reagular shows there is only 8 to 15 SS. Why not have a Sunday Mod show for $3000 $4000,then they would have a croud and car count.

He has had big mod shows before and hardly no more car counts than regular show. I truly believe that the large entry fee hurts these kind of shows. The ss and bombers entry is enough, let alone a $ 100 for the mods. This weekend show will pull a lot of money out of families pockets as it is with school just starting. I have noticed where I go t the races that the crowds are a lot less than they have been. Hot weather and school has a lot of factors in this..football and other sports in the schools hurt crowds too.
 
is the b-main really only 12 laps? Last year I thought the c main was 20 laps and the b main was 30 laps? Just wondering. I would like to see them be more than 12 laps to give a guy a better chance getting up front, unless i happen to start in the front then I think they should be 1 lap. JMO
 
I cant believe it, Brownstown is having a big shootout and it hasnt rained all week!!! lol:)
 
U spoke to soon Tnie. Iyt is starting to rain an d thunder here in Highland as I type this. But it is suppossed to be nice weather later this weekend. Everybody come by and say Hi if you are in the pits this Sun and Mon.
