This form MUST be signed by all competitors PRIOR to racing at the Fredericktown Raceway or ANY Racing Association of Mini Stock event. Forms will be available at the tracks the day/night of the event. Persons under the age of 18 MUST HAVE THEIR PARENTS sign the form. A copy of the person's birth certificate (if under 18) must also be attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE
In consideration of being permitted to compete with the Racing Association of Mini Stocks (RAMS) in 2003 the undersigned competitor, for himself, his personal representatives, car owner, and crew members, agrees to and acknowledges the following:
1. That he has familiarized himself and understands the car specification and safety rules of the Racing Association of Mini Stocks (RAMS) applicable to these events and by entering these events he agrees to abide by all RAMS rules.
2. The undersigned competitor shall be the sole spokesperson for himself, his car owner, and crew in any and all matters pertaining to compliance with RAMS car specifications and safety rules.
3. The competitor’s race car shall be subject to technical and safety inspections by RAMS personnel, or their designees, at such times during these events as determined by RAMS in its sole discretion. If RAMS personnel, or their designees, challenge the compliance with the rules of the competitor’s car, it is the responsibility of the competitor to prove to the satisfaction of RAMS, in its sole discretion, that any part of component of the car which is challenged does in fact meet the requirements of RAMS rules.
4. When the competitor submits his car for inspection, he certified that the car meets all requirements of the RAMS for participation in these events. In the event of challenge of the car’s compliance with RAMS car specification and safety rules, the burden of proof will rest on the competitor to show that it meets all requirements of RAMS rules.
5. The decision of RAMS, its personnel and its designees, as to whether the car meets RAMS car specifications and safety rules shall rest with the RAMS, in its sole discretion and the decisions of the RAMS shall be final and will not be subject to appeal of any kind.
6. The effect of noncompliance with RAMS car specifications and safety rules, i.e., disqualification, inability to compete, forfeiture of prize money and/or points, shall rest with RAMS in its sole discretion, and the decisions of RAMS shall be final and will not be subject to appeal of any kind.
7. While by signing this Acknowledgement and Release, the competitor warrants his familiarity and understanding of all RAMS car specifications and safety rules, and agrees to abide by all rules, the competitor specifically acknowledges that as the mini stock vehicle rules the minimum vehicle weight is 2,500 pounds including the race driver. All weight determinations will be measured on the scales selected and designated by RAMS for this event.
8. The undersigned competitor, for himself, his personal representatives, car owner and pit crew RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the Racing Association of Mini Stocks or it’s officers, the track owner, operator, and promoter, and their employees, officers and representatives, from all liability and any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever which relate in any way to RAMS or track official decisions as to car specification and safety rules and track procedures.
The competitor identified below has executed this Acknowledgement and Release showing his agreement to its terms on the date set forth below.
