Allied has rented one of those full body scan machines from the TSA folks at Lambert Field to search for carry-in's.

All ora-faces will be checked by AARA Tech Man Jim Troutman!

And if he has to, he will pump one of your cylinders......OUCH!!!!!

TTG/MM;-)

P.S. - Is cough medicine considered to be a banned carry-in item?????

OK buddy, you have been designated second in command on this operation and are here by in charge of looking for underwear bombs!:D Something tells me any that you find will not be of the chemical kind!

cough medicine

mike the cough medicine just came out of the barrel at 8:00 pm we will just have to figure out how to get it inside. and it is very good. it will take care of your cold that mom said you was getting the other weekend see you at the party...:):):):):)

What time do the fights start ?

That was unnecessary and uncalled for. Last year was a mistake and is not normal. So don't start something that none of us would like to see happen.

Banquets are not for what you stated, but it is to have fun after a somewhat good racing season. Let's not start something none of us want to see happen.

Tonight!

Change of plans.....sorry folks, The King will not be in attendance tonite.

Say it isn't so, Kking! I was counting on you to guide us to Denny's since they moved it for the banquet. dirtgirl and I will miss you! Darn that Queen...she's taken you away from us again.

Grange....
Todd McGraw says he would like to enter from the rear!
...So totally expected on that one!

My big announcement....the COOKIES are done at 2:00 p.m. and packed and ready to go. I'll select 4-5 for Intake to inspect and keep the rest hidden for the public's enjoyment. Come on over to Jimmy Cummins' table for your samples.

Jack O.....somewhat good racing season? I think it was an excellent season!! I baked cookies 16 times now! and will bake them at least twice or 3 times more for upcoming banquets!

back door??

We will also be there selling photos and calendars! And of course taking pictures!
Will somebody be at the backdoor to open it and collect money, as that's the only way for wheelchairs to get in, bumpy ride( worse than Beel Clair, taking wheel chair down those steps!! SEE YOU'ALL THERE:p:D

To the guys from Allied. Ty for an awesome banquet. First time I have attended one, never even went when dad was still racing. Congrats to all the driver you guys did a heck of a job.:D

i have never been(to the banquet), so my info relies on what i read on here and other sources; but, going from recent memory, last years "extra curricular activities" was/were not an uncommon happenning. why else would the announcement be made beforehand about this being an allied sanctioned event, so fighting will be... etc etc etc....??? not trying to start anything, but be accurate with your statements. glad everyone had fun, and congrats to the recipients.you are right on with your statement about banquets are supposed to be fun, and to honor those who earned it.

I think with the confined space this year at the banquet it went very well. Eveyone involved did an excellent job. Linda Schaefer did a good job on the platters on the tables. No fights this year and hopefully it stays that way almost was one. No need for that there.
