Champions sprint car series, announced that the All Stars and the management of East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton (Tampa), FL have resolved their differences, paving the way for the All Stars to sanction future East Bay events.
Although the All Stars will not sanction the 2004 East Bay
Winternationals, the door is now open for the All Stars return to East Bay once again.
“East Bay has been a traditional stop on the All Star schedule for many years,” Webb stated. “We’re excited to make plans to return there.”
