Allied at Belleville....

Turn 4 corner guy throws piece of sheet metal at tow truck driver helping out. Driver gets mad and kicked out. Should have kicked official out

Oh no that would never happen, and I do mean never, but I do agree with you that's what should have happen

The piece of sheet metal was not thrown at him in tentionally.and as far as the tow truck drivers helping they are only supposed to help in wrecks and or if an official ask them to help.that particular Tow truck driver has been asked several times by multiple officials too stay off the track the problem is he just doesn't listen. And as far as him getting kicked out you can't get in an officials face and Tell him your going to kick his a$$.and that's not the first time the tow truck driver has done that

He wasn't even on the track.... it must have been u... or ur part of allied.. I've been coming to Belleville for over 20 years every week sitting in turn 4 and helping in the pits. Almost every allied official is an a$$ hole.. Car counts r down every where not just Belleville but with Donnie talking about let UMP go well how about allied? Ump brings the bigger name late models and mods.. What does allied do but play favorites and keep letting shulte tear other people cars up. Low car counts for street stocks isn't UMP's fault its allied

your right i am the turn 3 and 4 guy.and your also right he was not on the track after i told him to stay off the track he started cussing at me. the only reason he wanted to help is because the 24 t is his buddy.if we let the tow truck drivers go out and touch cars without being asked by an official the car that he touches will go to the back of the field.and that goes for anyone other than an official touching a car.and as far as favorites i dont have any i call it how i see it rather if i know you or i dont.and as far as the schulte deal goes i was going to park him for rough driving and got over ruled

Hmmm-
I've heard of drivers being dressed down by Allied Officials (in particular a corner flagman) for "driving to rough"---this incident was a wrecker driver???

At times, an ass chewing is good; other times, when not warranted, it just pisses off the driver and he don't return to the track of the unwarranted ass chewing
guess its in the drinking water
other then that, I've been attending Allied run shows since 1962 ----I've seen BAD calls , and I've seen GOOD calls----- I come back, though---just a gluten for punishment, I suppose.

i can tell you this i have chewed out a few drivers for rough driving and 9 times out of 10 i can tell if it was an racing deal or he or she is just driving over there head.and its the same thing as a driver or a crew member coming over and chewing me out over a call that i had no part of how. you come at me is how i am going to come at you.everyone is going to have there own opinion about what happens but i can tell you this i have gained the respect of a few drivers over the last couple of years by talking to them and not yelling.but for most people sitting in the stands and or crew members in the infield if the call goes your drivers way you think that the official is doing his job but if it dont you think the official just sees what he wants to see and they have there favorites

Hopefully Allied will be done with Hicks after this year!Maybe you were overruled because Santel tried to run Mike through the wall to pass him in the first place!

You hear the same thing at every track the officials have there favorites I have heard it at all the tracks around here. There are good calls and bad calls everyone is human. And people will complain no matter what.

This post is like beating a dead horse it's going no where everyone sees something different you just can't please everyone

I showed that to a guy at work several weeks ago and we still talk about it lol! He was a cool cat and didnt mind saying what was on his mind
