It’s almost here. The 4th Annual "Bama Brawl" at Moulton Speedway in Moulton, Alabama this year will feature a distinctive format with The AMP Series(Arkansas Motorsports Pros) and the SRRS Series(Southern Regional Racing Series) Challenge.
On Friday night, October 12 the AMP vs SRRS matchup will feature a $1,500 to win and $200 to start Late Model show that will also include Late Model Stocks, Open Wheels and Mini Stocks(No Outlaw or Mod Streets on Friday night) then on Saturday night(October 13) the AMP / SRRS matchup will feature a $5,000 to win Late Model purse while paying $300 to start. On Saturday Night, October 13 all classes will be in action including the Modified Street and Outlaw Street classes.
What with the new track surface(71 loads of clay only 5 weeks ago) and a stellar field of competitors this weekend promises to be a weekend of racing you do not want to miss.
Late Model tire rule will be: Open on the front and rear tires must stick 60 or greater with the durometer. Please check our web site for more information.

There will also be an open practice session on Thursday night, October 11 for those racers interested in a test and tune session prior to the big weekend of racing.
The last three races saw the Late Models time in at: Fast time on September 15 was 13.59(Jerry Owens), September 22 - 13.92(Jerry Owens)
and October 2 -13.62(Ken Schrader of Nascar fame). On those three nights the fans all timed out(departure time as the races were completed!) at: 11:00 PM, 11.05 PM and 10:16 PM respectively.

Note: Gates open at 4:00 PM tonight with the driver’s meeting being called at 6:45. Drawing cutoff will occur at the driver’s meeting.
