Collierville, TN (04/2710) – After a couple of weeks away from the track, Ashley Newman will be back behind the wheel of the #73 Tucker Motorsports/Parts Plus/Valvoline/Larry Shaw Race Car/Dynotech Racing Engine Open Wheel Modified this Saturday at Clayhill Motorsports.
Tucker Motorsports was last in action two weeks ago in a Weekly Racing Series Event on Saturday night, April 17th at Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, Arkansas as 20 cars entered the event. After starting at the back of his heat race, Ashley advanced to a 5th place finish to earn the 7th starting spot for the main event. Early in the event, Newman stopped to miss a spun car and was sent to the back of the pack. He would go on to charge back to a 6th place finish in a race that was shortened by a few laps due to time limit constraints. Full results are available at www.RiversideInternationalSpeedway.com .
