Anyone know when the Bell Clair speedway schedule will be out? Will they be running a full season?

I have been talking to Kenny Brown and he is putting the finishing touches on the schedule. My guess is by the end of the week.

Looks like there will be another attempt to have a Big Ten Late Model maybe in July. Big Ten schedule has the one date scheduled but it is TBA.

I dont know the exact number of late model shows but I would say closer to 8 to 10 at Belle Clair. I talked to Kenny last night and he had a few phone calls to make to get everything finalized and said the schedule would be released middle of next week. You cant trust Jason Davinroy. I think I saw him and my brothers eat lead paint chips as kids lol.

I to as a fan like seeing the late models. But i know enough from the promoters side to see how its a double edge sword. Belle Clair gets a decent late model count. But they also take the lions share of the nightly payout. Thats the balancing act Kenny faces while trying to revive the fan count also. Good luck to him. Belle Clair is a historic venue that some of the best racers we have seen in the St. Louis area have called that place home over the decades. Sure dont wanna lose it.

There will be Late Models, but as Pitdrifter stayed, the purse is hard to deal if people do not get though the gate to watch them. Also, Mother Nature hurt Belle Clair in 2015. Let's support Belle Clair in 2016 and hope Mother Nature pick a different day than Friday.
