Inside Line Promotions - KNOXVILLE, Iowa (June 3, 2014) - Last weekend was a wash for Big Game Motorsports driver Craig Dollansky.
After qualifying fifth quickest on Saturday at Knoxville Raceway, the remainder of the event was rained out and all drivers received show-up points.
"We're making progress and it was unfortunate to lose that race to rain," he said.
Dollansky remains fifth in the championship standings - only 16 points out of fourth place and 26 from third.
Sunday's race at Huset's Speedway in Brandon, S.D., also succumbed to rain.
The Big Game Treestands team will compete in a tripleheader this weekend beginning on Friday with the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Neb., where Dollansky hasn't raced since 2003. He claimed a World of Outlaws win at the big track in 2002.
Dollansky will return to Knoxville Raceway on Saturday and Huset's Speedway on Sunday.
