Bloomer got caught...

Here is my take on this. Bloomer was fifth. Got caught in qualifying. Id bet they were sampling random tires like they do at racetracks occasionally. Was he pointed out instead of others? Probably. How many times has he been caught? So everyone else cheats so its ok? If everyone jumps off a bridge will you too?? Hey i dont like Bloomer and never have for quite some time. Seen his rants at some local tracks makes it enough for me to not really like the guy too well. Heck of a wheelman just doesnt give out good PR sometimes. As far as Nick goes...well petty much said as it really is. Castrol oil lol!

Some people just tend to dislike "winners" (not all people);
take for instance the following : Dale Sr- Jeff Gordon- Jimmie Johnson-
Kyle Busch- and on a local level, some people began to dislike Ed Dixon back in the day because he "wins" to much,
I think this type of nitpicking or scrutiny goes with the territory
and it just so happens that Bloomquist (love him or hate him) WINS A LOT.
If the "Hammer Man 16" was winning a ton of races, the tire police would be after him too!!!
It will continue IMO---just sayin!!

I like Bloomer... with that said, they aren't "picking" on him... if you get caught using tire dope you aren't getting picked on. After getting caught once there is no such thing as picking on someone. A sanctioning body or official would not falsely report an illegal tire.. especially a name like Scott Bloomquist... he has a lot of haters but he has a HUGE fan base. By falsely reporting tire dope he will stop running a series and/or track... only hurting the series or track. Bloomquist has many other places he can race. I can see where there could be some sort of favoritism or politics in tire dope results but I don't see it happening here.. he was awfully quick to make an excuse to cover it up. And the Gieseking (sp?) thing looks suspicious but giving benefit of the doubt could be coincidence... but probably not lol
