Vicksburg, MS (05/26/10) – Bub McCool and the team are busily preparing for the upcoming weekend’s 18th Annual DART Show Me 100, which will see him debut his brand new Victory Circle M1 Chassis By Moyer.

Last weekend the team set out to enter a pair of Lucas Oil Late Model Series events. After having Friday's show at 34 Raceway in Burlington, Iowa moved to Sunday evening due to rain, Bub entered the $10,000 to win Lucas Oil Late Model Series event at Lasalle Speedway in Lasalle, Illinois on Saturday night. The evening got off to a rough start when the steering broke in Bub's car entering the corner on his qualifying lap. He would slam into the wall, destroying the car. After unloading his backup car, he would win his consolation event to earn the 19th starting spot for the main event. He went on to advance to a 12th place finish.

Sunday night found the team at 34 Raceway for another $10,000 to win, Lucas Oil Late Model Series Event. With 40 Super Late Models on hand, Bub fell just short of transferring to the main event via heat race action, and for the second straight night would win his b-main event. After starting 18th in the feature, he picked up three spots to finish 15th.

The Memorial Day weekend will be a busy time for McCool as he travels to Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri for the 18th Annual DART Show Me 100. He will be debuting his brand new #57J Victory Circle M1 Chassis By Moyer/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model in the $30,000 to win/$2,000 to start, 100 lap event. Festivities get underway with an Open Practice Session on Thursday night. On Friday night time trials and heat race action will be held, while Saturday’s program will be headlined by b-main action along with the 100 lap finale. The program will be sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS). For more information on the event, please visit www.LucasDirt.com and www.LucasOilSpeedway.com .
