The New Capital Speedway in Holts Summit, MO would like to let all 360 teams know that if they are interested in running this Friday night (July 25th) in the All Stars vs. NCRA and Winged Outlaw Warriors doubleheader, there will not be a WOW sanction fee to enter. The event will however run under the Winged Outlaw Warriors rules. The “A” main will pay $1000 to win and $125 to start.
