RICHMOND, IN (April 5, 2010) - Steve Casebolt and the Harris Motorsports team made this past weekend a success with an early season win on Saturday at Florence Speedway. Steve drove his Preferred Sandblasting, Dixie Chopper sponsored Rocket Chassis to the victory over Florence Speedway front runner and fellow Lucas Oil regular Don O'Neal, and Indiana's Scott James.

"This weekend's win at Florence was a great way for us to get our season started off right. We have had our fair share of good and bad runs at Florence over the years so we are happy to get back on track there. We really feel like we deserved a good run at Florence since we have worked so hard to get good there, said Steve".

The win was Casebolt's 5th at the nearby speedway. Among Steve's wins at Florence are the $5,000 to win spring 50 in 2003 and the $10,000 to win Ralph Latham Memorial in 2007. Saturday night's race paid the team $3,000 on a night where Steve lead 36 of the 40 feature laps.

Casebolt Racing and Harris Motorsports also competed at Moler Speedway's opening event on Friday night where the team earned a 2nd place finish after starting in the fourth position. "We had a really good car at Moler on Friday night so we felt like we would be good at Florence Saturday. We run very similar set-ups at those two tracks so being good on Friday was key in helping get Saturday's win, said Steve".

In other exciting news for the Bob Harris owned team, Dixie Chopper has officially renewed their sponsorship for the 2010 season. "We will be carrying the Dixie Chopper logo on the car this season again and we are thrilled to have them back. Dixie Chopper is a very reputable company and manufactures awesome lawn mowers, we are very proud to represent them and help them try to sell lawn mowers. Dixie Chopper has been a huge part of my race team for the last two seasons, so I'm obviously happy to have them carry over onto our new team with Preferred Sandblasting and Bob Harris, stated Steve."

The team is still uncertain of its plans for the upcoming weekend. There are a few different possibilities this weekend and the team plans to make a decision by mid-week as to where they will race.
