Coming this Saturday night May 21st is the first ever "Drag a Boat race!" Canoes are chained to a street stock car with NO TRAILER! Kind of a demolition race, The object of the race is to crash the canoes chained to the other cars. The last car running with his boat intact wins! Gates open at 4:00 Hot Laps start at 5:30.All other classes running including the Late Models and Mini Sprints.
Then on Sunday May 22nd Clarksville Speedway has it's first ever ENDURO race! Cars race 50 laps with no cautions! The only way the race is stopped is if the track is completely blocked. If you like crashes, you don't want to miss this one! Race times are as follows: Gates open at 12:00 noon racing begins at 2:00.
The action just doesn't stop because on Tuesday May 22nd Clarksville Speedway will have a "Run What You Brung Race", any street legal car has a chance to race their very own car on the big clay oval. Don't tell Mom! Gates open at 4:00 p.m. Only $5.00 general admission and $5.00 Entry fee for any car racing. Again, the first ever! Also, making a special appearance will be Jeff Purvis! He will be practicing for a major event coming up on Sunday May 29th when the USCS Outlaw Sprints will be in town. Jeff will be racing in again, the first ever rate "Crate Late Model 50 lap, $3,000.00 to win race". Also, appearing will be the UMP Modifieds and the Outlaw Mini Sprints. Gates open at 4:00 Hot Laps at 5:30 and racing action at 7:00.
