Dennis Wernles mom passed away Monday morning due to complications resulting from her falling and breaking her hip nearly 3 months ago.

Arrangements are being handled by Dauderman Mortuary in Alhambra, IL.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 20, 2015, at Salem United Church of Christ in Alhambra, IL and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Friday, August 21, 2015, at Salem United Church of Christ in Alhambra, IL.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 21, 2015, at Salem United Church of Christ in Alhambra, IL., with Rev. Jerry Amiri and Rev. John Mindrup officiating.

Interment will be at Salem Cemetery in Alhambra, IL.

Our deepest sympathies on the passing of Mrs. Wernle. She was a great race fan and attended Dennis' races religiously every week. I had many good discussions with her over the years about our sons, especially when they competed against each other at TCS. Our thoughts and prayers will be with her and her family.
