FYI, for the Extreme Series I'm making Oatmeal Scotchies, and I don't care what TTG says. :eek: I'll make the "Race Track Chocolate Chip" variety again on Friday for Belleville. I have to do something to keep these cookies from all looking the same! I'm spending my summer baking cookies!!!! :rolleyes:
 
Marvin, they're all good! BTW, the cookies are done, all 139 of them.

And, they're yummy, too! Ooops, guess there's only 138 now. ;)
 
You know, those cold nights at the races when I'd wear 7 layers on top and long underwear and at least 2 blankets wrapped around me with the super coat I sort of "stole" from my son-in-law are looking sort of good today.

I hope the cookies don't melt before they're eaten! :eek: ;) :D

I can't imagine how hot those race cars are going to be with those fire suits on! And the firemen working at the track....whew! Let's hope TCS has plenty of water bottles for everyone!
