FARLEY, Iowa (April 1) – The sun came out everywhere except Farley today.
As a result of Mother Nature’s cruel April Fool’s joke, opening night for the Deery Brothers Summer Series was postponed a second time, to Friday, April 6.
The IMCA Late Model tour will be joined by IMCA Modifieds and local stock cars. Pit gates open at 6:30 p.m. with racing to follow.
Cold and wet temperatures forced the original rescheduling from March 31. Track conditions were still too wet to race at Farley on Sunday.
