Does ARCA have spotters?!

I know they do but it doesn't look like there doing much. Every crash has a car that come blazing in way late . They need to do something about this !
 
if im not mistaken there was a driver killed at either charlotte atlanta or texas from that. he had spun and crashed and the car had stopped then out of nowhere another car piles in full speed. i think it was an arca crash. maybe not spotters but certainly something to alert the drivers, possibly like the system used at the roundup last season
 
The guy that died was Blaise Alexander.After that wreck they installed lights on the dashes of the arca cars that lit up when a yellow was thrown.If those guys dont slow down when it happens they dont need to race.
 
I don't think it was Blaise, he was killed in the 2001 ARCA night race with Kerry Earnhardt at Lowe's.. It was Eric Martin when he got plowed in the drivers door by Debra Renshaw.. That was practice in 2002 at the same track..There were no spotters..As far as I know..
