ST. CROIX FALLS, Wis. (May 5) – The Upper Midwest Sprint Car Series takes a third shot at getting in its second race of the season Friday night at Kopellah Speedway.
Pit gates and the grandstand at St. Croix Falls open at 5 p.m. on May 7. The drivers’ meeting is at 6:15 p.m. with hot laps to follow and racing at 7 p.m.
After Dave Becker won UMSS opener on April 23, April 24 dates at Cedar Lake Speedway and April 30 at Kopellah fell to inclement weather. The Kopellah rainout will be made up on June 4.
The IMCA sanctioned tour returns to Kopellah on May 28 and makes its first appearance of the season at Arlington, Minn., Raceway on May 29.
