Gears to run at tracks

I was wondering what gears to run at Tri- city, Highland, Macon,Brownstown,I-55 For a sportsman... Please let me know thanks
 
I have ran Highland before with a 6.90 final. Was told that 6.90 would be good for tri city too.

I-55 you want anywhere from a 6.33 to a 6.50.

It has been a few years since we ran at Macon, but the final drive we ran was 7.53. Turned our motor around 8,000 RPM.
 
At Brownstown in a sportsman 6.33-6.50-6.66 depending on your motor, when we raced there used 6.33 with a strong 383 get 7800 and 6.50 with a half ***** 355 might turn 7000-7200
