OK your the center of attention now!!!!! Did you have a point???? Its not rocket science as you might think though. Here is a start for information you might need.

So what is the point?
Oh by the way anyone can register a fictitious name with the state of Mo. and it doesn’t matter if the name already exist or not, I’m registering a couple more!!!!!
And anyone claiming a name they have not registered is violating the law. Seams to be some names missing!!!!!! tisk tisk being an law abiding person I notified the attorny general
What are the penalties for not registering?
Failure to register your fictitious name is a misdemeanor under Missouri law and persons failing to register are subject to charges by their local prosecuting attorney.
