MADISON, Ill. – He has won two races at Gateway International Raceway as a driver in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and on July 18, Kevin Harvick makes his return to the St. Louis area for what he and his Kevin Harvick Inc. team hopes is an unprecedented third Missouri-Illinois Dodge Dealers 250 win.

GIR is a special place for the 2007 Daytona 500 winner. Not only does the two-time Nationwide Series champ have two series wins here as a driver, as an owner in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series he fielded Ron Hornaday’s winning entry in the 2008 Camping World 200.

"Gateway has been a great track to me over the years. I have two wins in only three Nationwide Series starts and look forward to continuing that success this time around with the KHI Nationwide car," said Harvick, a 33-time NNS winner. "Gateway is a very unique track with two completely different sets of corners, which makes for some great racing that the fans will enjoy."
