SOLON, Ohio (March 4) – Hawk Performance has renewed an awards program benefitting state champions as well as competitors in two IMCA special series.
Drivers in all seven sanctioned divisions topping 2011 state point standings and designated place finishers at each event in the July 10-15 Dakota Track Side Classic Tour for IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars all receive $50 product certificates.
More than 60 state champions will be crowned this season. The Classic Series visits five different tracks in North Dakota and Saskatchewan.
Headquartered in Solon, Ohio, Hawk will also award sets of brake pads to champions and the first non-qualifier in points in all five divisions at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals in September.
Information about Hawk Performance brake pads is available by calling 800 542-0972 and at the www.hawkperformance.com website.
"The product line for Hawk gives IMCA racers options when it comes to quality braking products,” said Kevin Yoder, director of marketing for IMCA. “Having them return strengthens our state point titles and is a great complement to the Allstar Performance program."
