hey bleedblue

so now your a drug dealer, to broke to pay rent, and you are destorying racing. lol. i bet you made enough from this thread to pay rent for the rest of the year. haha. whats next....this is the days of are lives for grown men.....if i was a betting man, i bet if you wasn't doing it someone else would be. Good luck!
p.s. i need a bigger sticker! hard to see it in the photo's!

I tried to pay what was owed as long as they held up their end of the deal. Whether it was the fairboard or the owner of the "crap" in the building it didn't matter to me, I just wanted it removed like I was told it would be in March. If that makes me a liar, slimeball, no good, whatever else then so be it. I had cash in hand, they didn't want it.

I took their word that it would be cleaned out in a timely manner and it wasn't, I paid for a full month of mess. I even half way organized and moved the stuff around so you could at least walk around in there. Not much more I could have done in my opinion.

Funny how the guys, like Jimmy,
who are interested in protecting the sport are the ones getting bashed. You guys should be ashamed of yourself.

so will we ever find out who the person is that received the tire from him ?
if you know should`nt you say who it is since you started all of this jimmy ?

This thing is 22 pages long all because Jimmy saw a illegal tire being "delivered" to a racer!! If a Pure stock driver bought a 4bbl carb from someone at the track is the seller a cheat? Or is the driver cheating? If he sold the tire to a 4cyl driver is he or the driver cheating???? Do we even know if the tire was treated!!!!

Stupid is as stupid does, cheating is stupid!!!! and you can't fix stupid!!! Raced many years by the rules, quit because of cheaters. Not necessarily tires, everything that can be cheated. Highland is the worst! Rookies beating veterans! What ever!!! GREED the american way!!!!

No offense, but I'm quite sure the city and county could care less. I have people drop off things to my house for me to take to work all the time. He said he'd take them to his shop then bring him back to his house. He's just using his house as a drop off, he's not "conducting the business" out of his house.

I beg very much to differ. Depending on city or county ordinances, you can land yourself in a whole heap of hot water. Know this first hand from some of my fathers business dealings in years past. Trust me on this. All it takes is one phone call to the right person at city hall or at the county commisioners office.

And he is not using his house as "simply a drop-off" or doing this on ocassion. By his own admission he plans on using his house as a covert location to hide the identity of all his customers buying this crap. They are exchanging money and merchandise on a residential zoned property. (sounds very much to me like "conducting business" to me) There is a big difference in this act vs. the act of telemarketing, direct mailing, and ebaying from home which most cities allow.

Softens tummys, not tires!
Well, over the years, I have bought and eaten enough of it that, that I got a LM40 Dunlap where my mid-section is suppose to be. Not sure but I think I had some cheated up Pizza's and a few Bud lights along the way that also may have contributed:) Sure I bought a few yellow 16 tires worth along the way also;)

OK I'm about to bust I just got to know why everyone wants to slam this guy for offering a tool to cheat with when every parts dealer in racing offers some kind of product to get you the upper hand. I'm not saying it's right or wrong. BUT no one says a word about a snitch. Just remember the people cheating don't like a snitch.

That is quite obvious. They are all on here *****ing about Jimmy (who is doing the right thing by exposing the cheating).

That's your personal opinion. As stated before by many almost every driver has something illegal on their car and especially his/your favorite drivers! That's just the way of racing! Nick by far isn't the only one selling this and I'm willing to bet 80% of the drivers in all classes other than the 4 bangers are using the product. Find something else to complain about that's not a product of UMP/Hoosier's deal together.

Do you have any idea what you are talking about?

There is a ton of money being spent by people that think they are not up to snuff competition wise because of this crap in a bottle. Now how is it saving racers money?? If I feel that I am not winning and I want to stay within the rules, I am going to try to find something that will help me go faster within those rules, then I will buy more go fast stuff. I would want to know if I am being beaten by legal methods or this crap in a bottle. The guys that are fast without this junk need to be applauded. Hard work and homework have always paid off. This is like buying off the local geek in school to do all of your work just to get a good grade.

Pretty sure I do! This stuff is legal in karts and you rarely have to buy new kart tires. It's not some black market product. It's also not a speed secret kicking other drivers butts. It's making tires last a LOT longer. THAT is saving money!

But it is still "CHEATING". Why can't you people understand that?? We are not talking about Kart racing. Dirt tires will feather over and you will lose the biting edges. If they ran slicks on a DLM yeah that would work I guess.

It is obvious who is invloved with the people running this crap.

I hardly think a slick tire on a 300 lb kart with 8hp is a good comparison!
