So the micro's are 1.59 seconds faster then anything that ran Saturday night. Does anyone know what late model and modified track records are?
 
In 2003 weaver set the LM record with a 12.756. Since then some banking has been taken away, pretty sure it's in the 13.1?? Area a few years ago at tri city some micros were faster in hot laps than the USAC midgets were in qualifying. Their corner speeds are amazing!!!!!!
 
This is a copy and paste from Highlands Website. They may have made a mistake during Summer Nationals by announcing that Moyer broke the track record.

If they are saying it is a different configuration now, Moyer may have it.
