It Looks like "The MoonMan" is headed for Belle-Clair on Friday nights.

A lot of people are talking about this guy let him come on down to pevely maybe to the tri-state challenge see how he does I'm not saying he is not good i just think he needs yo be tested!!

I don't believe he'll be at pevely for a super show, I believe he runs a crate motor still.

Jim Moon raced at Belle Clair Speedway one night back in 2001. He finished 15th that night.

I want to know something he says he is running a bloomquist chassis is that true or not:cool:

I doubt he has a bloomer car.
from what I read, he doesn't just pass those cars out to everyone, and if you have one, he gets it back when you're done with it. highly unlikely.

Jimmy burrwell use to work for the moonman he lives way up north in Indiana. He does pretty good for a crate car.

I don't think you can buy just one from him neither.

He ****s! His PR person just goes nuts on the racing board to get his name out there! It's a shame someone this bad gets this much attention!

I didn't think he had a open motor, just ran the crate with the supers, guess I could be wrong though.

I have seen him race a few times and trust me that wasnt a crate he ran with the supers last year at Lincoln or Camp when the big shows were in town.

crate motor

hey there sorry but that was a crate motor in moons car last year i no this because i worked on his car most of the summer. it may be hard to believe but its true he ran real good for a crate motor we finished second at kamp and macon with the crate against the opens he did get a open motor around mid season and it blew up the first night out so he went back to the crate motor :D

Bloomquist hand picks the Team Zero Drivers or if you have deep enough pockets. and theres no such thing as a Used Bloomquist car so theres no way he has a zero ride.

Sorry to disagree but Jordan Bland was sporting two used BloomerCars at Volusia last year (2009). We were told they were bought directly from Michael England.

Doubt they were the actual bloomer cars, like someone else said he is real picky about who he shares his tech. with. They might have once been bloomer cars but the trick stuff was long gone.

From what I understand the basis to his tech. is keeping and using all 4 wheels all the time, unlike some of the 3 wheeling we see around here a lot.

No they were definately Bloomquist (team zero) cars.... Blands rig was parked right next to Bloomers (we played Wii Bowling on his (Blands) liftdoors). Vickie (Jordans mom) is the person who told us the cars came from England. Here's a link to a picture from Eastbay 2009 (with the bloomquist logo on the re-skinned car). http://www.jordanbland.com/0913.html
