(GRAYSON, KENTUCKY) Josh McGuire and his #41 JMR team returned to Dirt Late Model competition on Saturday night, October 13 at the venerable Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky. The annual running of the 'Fall 50' took place at the 1/2-mile facility and a $5,000 top prize was on the line. Josh finished a disappointing seventh in his heat race, but later drove up to second in the B-Main to earn a coveted starting spot in the 50-lap feature. After starting deep in the 'Fall 50' field, the Grayson, Kentucky standout moved up during the attrition-filled race and wound up thirteenth in the final finishing order. Qualifying and heat race action will take place on Friday night, while the consolation events, $3,000 to win ‘Jim Dunn Memorial Non-Qualifiers Race,’ and the 100-lap ‘Dirt Track World Championship’ are all scheduled for Saturday evening.
