Kids Big Wheel Races This Saturday at I-44 Speedway

Lebanon, MO; The Big Wheel Races return to the Lebanon I-44 Speedway this Saturday night. Kids 10 and under will be split up into divisions and get to race after the heat races on the new asphalt for the first time.

The Monster Energy Chase for the Cup continues this Saturday night at the Lebanon I-44 Speedway. The points battle is heating up in all classes with Ken Dickinson of Lebanon currently 110 points in front of Rolla's Mike Slone in the Late Model division. Coming on strong is Kyle Steffens, who has back to back feature wins including last Saturday's thriller over Conway's Scott Atkinson. The recent hot streak has enabled Steffens to move into third place, just 254 points behind Dickinson.

Richland's Jason Otto has been on a remarkable roll over the last month with 4 consecutive feature triumphs in the Modifieds. Otto holds a 97 point advantage on Springfield's Brian Brown. In the Coca Cola Street Stocks, Dale Roper, Jr. of Fair Grove has a 200 point margin over Lebanon's Mike Coryell who saw his 3-week feature winning streak ended by Pee Wee last Saturday.

Four feature wins in-a-row by Fair Grove's Payton Lucas has him poised to jet past Steve Shaw of Rogersville in the Pure Street class. Shaw's advantage has been trimmed to just 64 points. Marshfield's Gary Davenport has a commanding 539 point lead over Richland's Nick Moore even though they have traded feature victories the past two weeks.

All classes will be racing this Saturday night at I-44. After the gates open at 5 and hot laps at 6:30, the programwill start at 7:30 and include another Carget Motors Dash for Cash and Big Wheel races for the kids.

Grandstand admission is $10 for adults, $6 for ages 11-15 and kids 10 and under is free. On the Budweiser Wild Side, tier parking for adults is $12, with kids 11-15 only $7 with no charge for kids 10 and under. Don’t forget there's a $2 discount for senior's and those in the serving our country in the military.
