MENTONE, Ind. (March 3) – Landrum Performance Springs has renewed a contingency program paying off with awards for drivers in four IMCA divisions.
In all, 27 drivers who compete with Landrum-manufactured springs this season will receive a certificate to purchase one spring and get a second of equal value at no charge.
Those certificates go to the top three eligible finishers in each IMCA Modified and IMCA Sunoco Stock Car region, and to the top three who meet all eligibility requirements in national Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod and Smiley’s Racing Chassis Southern SportMod standings.
No change was made in requirements from Landrum’s 2010 program, as drivers must display two of the Mentone, Ind., company’s decals on their race car, compete with four Landrum springs and return a sign-up form to the IMCA home office by Aug. 1.
More information about Landrum-made springs is available at the www.landrumspring.com website or by calling 866 703-3154.
"One thing I always stress with our contingency sign-up programs is for drivers to return the paperwork and make themselves eligible for the products they are competing with,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder emphasized. “Landrum is a perfect example of a company that really wants to reward all their customers, but we can't do it if we don't know who those racers are."
