HOW TO BEGIN: CLICK ON ANY TEAM that doesn`t have a TEAM NAME. Then follow the directions and create your team by choosing a password and EDITING the Team name to one of your liking. YOUR MUST INCLUDE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION so we can contact you!!! If you do not include your name and a way to reach you, you will not be allowed to own a team!
TEAM NAMES: ( 2 TEAM LIMIT ) Please pick a team name for your team. If you own more than 1 team please choose a different name for each team. EXAMPLE: Gearjammers 1, Gearjammers 2. The maximum teams you can own is 2.
TRANSACTIONS: Transactions are allowed in our league and this must be done on this web site. If you need assistance you can contact me and I will assist you or make the changes for you. There will be NO TRANSACTION LIMIT for 2010.
QUARTERLY CHANGES TO DRIVER GROUPS: There are 36 SPRINT CUP point races and driver groups will be adjusted `EVERY 9 RACES`. So if a driver starts off in GROUP A when the season begins that doesn`t mean he`s gonna be a choice in that group all season long.
This is done to keep driver groups closely matched, which in turns keep the league competitive. Last year we only adjusted the groups at the half way point and that wasn`t enough. This is a very `interactive` league and if you do not have 10 minutes per week to SUBMIT a lineup, then you will not enjoy this type of league! You must SUBMIT a lineup EVERY WEEK BEFORE the deadline. DRIVER GROUPS WILL BE ADJUSTED AFTER THE FOLLOWING RACES:

NEW DEADLINE: EVERY FRIDAY AT NOON! This deadline applies to EVERY WEEK there is a POINT RACE, even the ones that qualify on Thursday evening. There are usually 2 or 3 events that have Thursday night qualifying. If you choose you can wait till those lineups are posted and post yours. Most races have qualifying on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
HOW TO SCORE POINTS: All 5 of your drivers score points each week per Nascar point system, including LAP LEADING BONUSES. All 5 drivers are LIVE and score no matter what their finishes are. The only exception is our NRL QUALIFYING BONUS listed below.
QUALIFYING BONUS POINTS: This awards only drivers who start in the TOP 10 POSITIONS each event, even if qualifying is rained out or cancelled for any reason. Here are how those are awarded. This means if qualifying is rained out, BONUS POINTS will still be calculated and awarded based on Nascar`s official lineup for that event! If you are unaware of Nascar qualifying rules they are lined up by CURRENT POINTS standings if qualifying is rained out. Another footnote to this is when a driver qualifies in the TOP 10 but has to start at the rear for a blown engine or any other reason. He`s still awarded bonus points for the TOP 10 start he has earned, no matter how he earned his starting spot.
