I scanned their rules and saw the "locked" rule for the rear wheel drive cars, but did not see a statement about the front wheel drive cars. Maybe I missed it. I'll send a PM to Kevin.

It was confirmed at the Tri City rules meeting locked front ends are legal and i wouldnt be suprised if Flora follows

With Brownstown going locked I'd think Flora probably will also to keep some uniformity between them.
