Millseyyyyyyyyyy / Loss Of A Wonderful Friend

BVT

Earnhardt Fan Forever
I am lost for words ......

What a loss of a wonderful and dedicated racing friend.

Millseyyyyy NOONE has or will ever give to the racing community what you have given to the Drivers and to the Fans.

I am going to miss those late nite phone calls coming back from the Bluff, with you wanting to know how the 02 Robert Powers did. . . . You never failed to call and ask.

I wish so bad you could have seen your wonderful "Rock" return one more time.

My Prayers go to LD and to your Family for strength during this sad time.

I know your up there looking down on all of us and smiling ........I pray for you to give each and everyone of us strength to continue to make you proud at "The Rock" and in all of the racing world.

You maybe gone from us here but, YOU will never be forgotten!!!

Your Friend Always,
Kat/BVT

I was so sad to hear the announcements tonight at SFCR, first that Millsey was a grave condition and then later that he had passed away. BVT is right in saying the we will all miss him and all that he did for the racing community. I suspect most of us don't even know all that he did. I too wish desperately that he could have been with us at the Rock's reopening. Hopefully, he will be appropriately remembered on opening night. Personally, I always greatly appreciated his encouragement and kind words. He will truly be missed. My heartfelt and most sincere condolences go out to his family and all those who were fortunate enough to count him as a friend. RIP Millsey.

Jeff. was a friend and more......

Well said by BVT & Axeman! I don't believe alot of people know how much Jeff did for the racing community or how big of a HEART he had. Anything Jeff did he did with GREAT PASSION and put his all into it, and along the way he sometimes stepped on toes. Jeff knew how he wanted things done and he was going to do his best to get it done. Jeff always tried to help things along, and I believe some people misread Jeff's ambition. Jeff was always doing what he felt would help the racing community (tracks, drivers & fans).
Jeff & I with others worked together to get the RAMS started. It was a sponsored racing series for the small time racer. I enjoyed those years with Jeff and the RAMS more than any other in my racing past. Jeff will be greatly missed. May GOB BLESS Jeff's family, LD and all his close friends.

I am still lost for words. Jeff did alot for the racing community since getting involved in late 1995. I grew up in the CB days knowing Jeff / Tarzan as we knew him then. Jeff will be missed very much by everyone. God bless all the family and we will miss you Jeff.

omg my sympethetic wishes to the family i am very sorry to hear about your loss!! he was a great guy and was loved by all racers and fans!! he touched many hearts and we always heard his laugh!!!

Jeff was like a brother to me. Every decision I had to make about the race track was not done without getting Jeff's opinion. Most of the time he would suggest to do it another way and I would take his advice and it would work like it should. He had so much knowledge and experience about every aspect of racing I would have been a fool not to take his advice. I have said it to many people and to Jeff--He is the most important person in my decision making of the way Fredericktown Raceway was operated. I will miss the long talks we used to have about all classes of cars we run at the Rock. In my racing career this is the hardest thing that I have had to talk about and I wish Jeff was here to help me through this.

R.I.P Millsey you will be greatly missed. Thank You for all you have done for the racing community. And I promise I will continue to do my best at taking care of your precious mother.

Gone but not forgotten!!!!

Racing in this area has lost one of it biggest and best member/fan/promoter and publisher of the Drivers Seat....
