PORTLAND, Ind. (March 7) – Drivers in five IMCA divisions are in the running for awards from Moser Engineering again this season.
The Portland, Ind., rear end components manufacturer will give $100 product certificates to designated place finishers at special events for IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and Smiley’s Racing Chassis Southern SportMods.
Runners-up in each of the five Modified regions and both Stock Car regions get $300 product certificates while second place finishers in standings for both Hobby Stock regions, and in national standings for both Northern and Southern SportMods, receive $200 certificates.
The list of designated specials is yet to be finalized; those awards will be mailed from the IMCA home office the week after each event is held.
Certificates given on the basis of national or regional standings will be sent after points become official in late October.
