Mt. Vernon racing Nov. 1st.

What is the age limit at Mount Vernon? just making sure before we drive all the way there:)
 
Hey Topdog, just wondering what it would take to go open comp on the mods too. If it's likely the last show, how about letting us have a little fun too and hang on the side boards and wings. Can we at least get some feedback from the mod drivers and get their opions. what do ya have to lose. Let's have some fun too, a little change up never hurts!

I like the idea it would be good to draw more people it will most likely be the last local show in this area come on rick lets do it.

Are the Bombers going to be "run what you brung" also? Can we hang weight and run a spoiler? What about tire size? Can we run E-mods? Thanks.

im pretty sure the bombers at Mt. Vernon run emods every week, and you can always hang lead on if you want. you'll have to sweet talk heck into wings and spoilers.
 
Just a thought

Rick: since you are having a last fix of the year for everyone, why not make it a FAN APPRECIATION NIGHT for all the fans who attend your race track and maybe draw some fans that have strayed away in the past back to Mt. Vernon to show them that you guys can still put on a hell of a Saturday racing program??? Maybe reduce the cost of getting in from $10.00 to $5 or $7/person, kids under 12 free. Hell you do something like this you may just have a complete grandstand full plus the pits full. Just a thought!
 
Dirttrack12, I will tell you what dirttrack12, I am only having this race so that all profits go to the drivers banquet. It sounds like a good idea to me too. $ 7.00 for grand stands, 10- under free. So come on over and support the racers. Thank you,Rick Heck
 
Sure hope the weather is good on Saturday for the races. This is really a great deal for the fan with a $7.oo admission price for 6 classes of racing. I would think that you will have a good turnout of both contestants and fans. I know quite a few people who are looking forward to going that night as opposed to Brownstown with it's $18.00 adult and children 7-12 $8.00 admission pricing. Again, thanks Rick for keeping the fan in mind with your show.
