Former three time O'Reilly MLRA Champion Al Purkey of Coffeyville Kansas came to Nebraska with his "game-on" as he cruised to the win over the reigning O'Reilly MLRA Champion Alan Vaughn of Belton, MO. Nebraska's own Kyle Berck and Joe Kosiski came across the line in third and fourth followed by Henderson Colorado's Kelly Boen in fifth.
"The MLRA Racers have held their own tonight!" stated Purkey in a post race interview, "Vaughn, and Bodenhamer raced together last night and they were
ready for the action here" stated Purkey. "It's going to make for a heck of run to the title with these guys" Purkey concluded.
"We had a good turn out for the Pump Pantry event tonight" stated Harriette Chancellor of the O'Reilly MLRA. "My boys like to race with Drivers from other Associations, these shows are important to the overall success of continued growth in our Sport" Chancellor concluded.
