Baton Rouge, Louisiana (January 21, 2005) - The 2005 O'Reilly SUPR Sprint Cars schedule has been released and it features 15 races at 4 tracks across a three state region. This will mark the fourth year of the O'Reilly SUPR Sprint Cars and the season will kick off at the track the hosted the very first event for the SUPR Sprinters, Simpson County Motorsports Park in Mendenhall, Mississippi. The SUPR Sprint season begins on Saturday night, March 12th at Simpson County.
The O'Reilly SUPR Sprint Cars will then travel to their home base with the first of five visits to Baton Rouge Raceway on Saturday night April 2nd. The sprinters will then return to Deep South Speedway in Loxley, Alabama for the first of five visits on Saturday night April 9th.
May will begin with the O'Reilly SUPR Sprint Cars returning to Baton Rouge Raceway on Saturday night, May 7th before heading north to Jackson Motor Speedway in Byram, Mississippi on Saturday night, May 14th.
The lone race in June will be held at Deep South Speedway on Saturday night, June 11th before the action picks up in the month of July starting on the Saturday night July the 2nd at Baton Rouge Raceway. The pace quickens with a Saturday night, July 9th show at Jackson Motor Speedway and and a Saturday night, July 16th show at Deep South Speedway.
The O'Reilly SUPR Sprint Cars will make their final visit of the season to Simpson County Motorsports Park on Saturday night, August 6th before returning to Deep South Raceway on Saturday night, August 13th.
September will see a trio of shows starting on Labor Day weekend with a Saturday night show at Baton Rouge Raceway on September 3rd followed by the final visit of the season to Deep South Speedway on Saturday night September 10th. The O'Reilly SUPR Sprints will pay a final visit to Jackson Motor Speedway on Saturday night, September 17th before concluding the season with a two-day show at the Louisiana State Championships at Baton Rouge Raceway on Friday night, October 7th and Saturday night, October 8th.
