Buckner, IL’s Kevin Cole made a last ditch effort for the win but came up short. Jeff Walston of Paducah was third. Heat races were won by Cole, Terry English, and Tim Brown.

Matt Hartman of Paducah grabbed the lead on lap six and went on to win his third ten-lap feature of the season, his second in a row. Gilbertsville’s Keaton Downing finished a close second with Paducah’s Josh Hartman third. Matt Hartman and Jeffrey Bailey were heat race winners.
Vintage Racers
Murray’s Tim Cunningham bested twenty classic racecars in the ten-lap main event. Bryan Rupe of Mayfield was second with Mark Moore of Murray third. Roger Brewer and Moore won the heats.
Another six-division program is on tap next Friday, August 15, with five UMP divisions and the Super Cell Mini Sprints. It will be Great Clips Night with complimentary haircuts and mascot GC Sudz. The third in the NASCAR Night of Stars series with two-time Cup Champion Tony Stewart is Thursday, August 21, along with a $1500 to win UMP/MARS Late Model feature event. The USA World 50 $5000 to win Late Model spectacular is Friday, August 22. The August 21 and 22 Double Header is sponsored by WPSD, News Channel 6.
NASCAR Stars Dale Earnhardt, Jr, Ken Schrader, and Promoter Bob Sargent purchased Paducah International Raceway in November of 2005. Paul Howard of Calvert City convincingly won his first 12-lap feature of the season. Mike Watson of West Paducah and Jason Wallace of Paducah followed. Howard, Wallace, and Cody Russell won the heats.

UMP Warriors
Matt Hartman of Paducah grabbed the lead on lap six and went on to win his third ten-lap feature of the season, his second in a row. Gilbertsville’s Keaton Downing finished a close second with Paducah’s Josh Hartman third. Matt Hartman and Jeffrey Bailey were heat race winners.
Vintage Racers
Murray’s Tim Cunningham bested twenty classic racecars in the ten-lap main event. Bryan Rupe of Mayfield was second with Mark Moore of Murray third. Roger Brewer and Moore won the heats.
Another six-division program is on tap next Friday, August 15, with five UMP divisions and the Super Cell Mini Sprints. It will be Great Clips Night with complimentary haircuts and mascot GC Sudz. The third in the NASCAR Night of Stars series with two-time Cup Champion Tony Stewart is Thursday, August 21, along with a $1500 to win UMP/MARS Late Model feature event. The USA World 50 $5000 to win Late Model spectacular is Friday, August 22. The August 21 and 22 Double Header is sponsored by WPSD, News Channel 6.
NASCAR Stars Dale Earnhardt, Jr, Ken Schrader, and Promoter Bob Sargent purchased Paducah International Raceway in November of 2005. Two-time NASCAR Champion Tony Stewart joined the trio of co-owners as a partner in September of 2006.
