Paul Bailey - Kenny Wallace arguement with Joey Walsh tackle

Like I said on Facebook. The crew member who grabbed him should be banned for life from UMP allied. Usra imca nascar Lucas oil.....all racing just to set the standard that this behavior won't be tolerated.

I don't think he should be banned for life, that's a little excessive. Joey over reacted a bit, imo, but it ain't like he beat him half dead. I'm sure Kenny will take care of it, and it won't happen again. If allied and UMP does anything it won't be much.

2) Wallace slams Bailey in the,post race interview
3) Wallace crewmemeber Joey Walsh slams Bailey after blindsiding him.

That is not even remotely true. Most tracks do not put up with that kind of stuff, so it rarely happens at most tracks.
 
Because of who he is, id be willing to bet nothing happens to Joey. I didnt see the race so i cannot comment on that, but i can and will say this. Crew members need to stay out of altercations between drivers. Its ALWAYS crews that escalate things, i know ive done it more than once myself. If drivers want to duke it out, let them. Theyre the ones battling on the track, theyre the only ones that have any right to escalate things. Ive not seen a video that shows anyone doing anything directly to Joe Walsh
 
For as big as that guy was with Wallace, he jumps Bailey when he's not looking then runs away like a pussy. Suspend his ass
 
I agree Joey had and has no balls on blindsiding Bailey and should be band because shit like that could cause life time damages to another person... plus I don't think Fox Sports is gonna like this one bit...

people are so use to single lane race tracks, running single file and not passing that the one night they are running 2-3 wide and rubbing fenders, they come un-glued. This is why cars must be mandated to run single file around the top to minimize any sort of contact and passing. Other wise people might tear up some sheet metal.
 
What happens if I choke slam somoene on the streets?
I would be charged with battery.. now, or 30 years ago. It has nothing to do with the times now. Wrong is wrong. Any physical contact is ridiculous at any race. What if Bailey retaliated? Now you have a huge fight on your hands in the pits. Does anyone really want that? It was wrong!
Just because it was kenny wallace's crew chief doesn't give him any special treatment. Rules are rules.

Sorry you better check the definition of assault. Joey was simply removing a possible threat. Then retreated as if to say they didn't want any problems just go their separate way! Can't call him a bully then question him for retreating. Now if he'd stayed on top of him and delivered ground and pound then its assault. Big difference I'd give him a raise and and good talking to
 
This kinda stuff is going to happen and will continue to go on. But don't be backpedaling, pointing your finger, and running your mouth little cunt. Hang in there and settle the score.
 
He will be fine and suspended. AARA has a rule book and it black and white about fighting. The video doesn't lie.
