(Breese, IL) Motor Racing Monday, the fastest one hour in racing will shift the 2008 racing season into high-gear this coming Monday, March 3, at 7:00 pm (CST) with an action packed show featuring a who’s who of Dirt Late Model Racing. Special guests scheduled for Mondays show include none other than Randy “King Kong’ Korte, DirtonDirt.com’s Michael Rigsby, and the Fastrak Champions Series Founder and CEO, Stan Lester. Two-time UMP Late Model National Champion, Randy “King Kong” Korte will call in to discuss the race at East Bay where he suffered injuries in an on track accident during Speed Weeks. Korte will bring the race fans up to speed about his recovery process and his plans for the 2008 season.
Michael Rigsby, one of the owners and founders of the highly rated on-line magazine, DirtonDirt.com, will call in to discuss Late Model racing in general and the apparent success of DirtonDirt.com, . Fastrak Champions Series Founder and CEO, Stan Lester is also scheduled to be a guest on Monday nights show for the first time. Stan Lester started the Fastrak Champions Series in 2004 when he decided to sanction a class for Dirt Late Models utilizing GM Performance Parts crate engines. Now going in to their fifth season, Fastrak has become a household name in the late model industry and every year the series seems to be met with continued success. Lester will call in to discuss the past history of Fastrak, as well as his present and future plans for the series.
