APPLE CREEK, Ohio (March 4, 2003) - Officials of the Renegade DirtCar Racing Series and the Northern Allstars Late Model Series have reached agreement that will find the Indiana based sanctioning organization conducting their regional operations in conjunction with the Renegade DirtCar Racing Series starting with the 2003 racing season.
The NALMS will utilize the Renegade DirtCar Racing Series rulebook to conduct their 2003 events with certain exceptions, most notably the tire rule. However, both series will conduct their day to day operations seperate from each other.
The association between the two sanctioning organizations was made for the betterment of the sport. And, it may result in some future events with both sanctioning organizations holding meets at the same facility during a particular weekend.
