Jmo

JMO but I think the Pure Street feature should be ran again. If the 17r wouldn't have been up there all cars would've been forward a spot and the wreck may not have happened to put the 3 car out to get a tire changed and the 111 out of the race all together

111 wouldn't have been out all together if Dave would have went to the proper place to change the tire...

Why was 17 DQ'd?

I don't disagree, but if He had started on the pole then he would've avoided the wreck all together. He finished 2nd in his heat behind the 17R. All I am saying is that everyone else would've had a fighting chance. JMO. Something with distributor I think. You know what with the way the pills fall and dave have somewhere in the 20's he may have not even been in that same heat if 17r would have been eliminated before the race. It is all hind sight now. and no one really even cares. I was just blowing steam at how things turn out sometimes.

Wonder if the win of Boyd last week was a cheating win too?

The 17r was DQ because of a issue with the brand of coil it had. Which is not going to make that much difference in the way the motor runs. Chris was ask to drive the car. He has nothing to do with any parts of the car. That coil may of not even been on it that night. I ask him and he said he didnt even look at the car just drove it. Which thats all Casey Nasion does is drive it. Theres other cars out there running ilegal parts and have ran them all year. Maybe the track should check more than just vaccum and carbs. I know the 3c car has been tore down and check twice from front to back and found legal both times. With the tracks check sheet.

Actually, I heard that they were DQ'd for refusing to tear down. And they admitted to having an MSD. Just what I heard.

All I know is a certain individual came on here pissing and moaning about the track changing rules and now we know that the rules really make no difference to him anyhow! ;)

well mr dirt-the reason was a msd coil and module inthe dist.read what you want-The 17r car will tear down anytime---pump down--the 17r car was the only car that the dist was checked---there are many others that were running the same thing--they checked the car 1 hour after the race was over which was fine-in fact noone can say i was *****ing-I wanted the same rules to apply to all---I have a new hei dist that was installed today-the old dist was in fact one that was a pieced together stock hei with a new msd coil and module. Why is it that a car wins 2 weeks and all hell breaks loose------IF you watch the car ---if you have a clue---watch how it handles in the corners----a scaled car, with good springs, shocks, shackles, and spring cups ,will be fast with a good driver. Now mr hear say--you know the facts.

I know plenty of facts about you. Probably too many, in fact. I never questioned/nor commented that I thought you were illegal. I know plenty about how a car gets around the track, also know that Nations and Boyd are very good drivers.

Fact is, YOU broke the rules that you want to be fair for everyone.

Darn you are missing something-------THE 17R WAS THE ONLY CAR THAT HAD THE DIST CHECKED-------A KNOWN FACT THAT THERE ARE OTHERS THAT HAVE THE SAME MODULE IN THEIR DIST--NOW IF YOU KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT ME -COME TO MY PIT---OR DISCUSS IT WITH ME AT THE TRACK--
