BONNE TERRE, Mo. -- (Sept. 3-4, 2005) The inaugural Midwest Nationals at Big River Sand Drags produced two nights of outstanding racing on the 300-foot track.
Here's a recap of the results from Saturday.
In Junior ATV, Whitney Dee of Leadwood was the first place winner with second place winner Thad Farris of Potosi taking top eliminator.
In ATV-1, Kyle Jasper of Festus captured first place, but second place winner Cameron Coleman of Hillsboro took the top eliminator race.
In Pro ATV, Allie Glatczak of Potosi was the first place winner with second place winner Josh Hayes of Pilot Knob winning the top eliminator race.
In Super Pro ATV, Ed Bunch was the first place winner with Mark Dickens of Bloomsdale taking second place and top eliminator.
In Vehicle ET, Gladys Edwards of Bonne Terre was the first place winner while second place winner Joe Ruether captured the top eliminator race.
In Competition Eliminator, John Dreher of Wentzville was the top eliminator and first place winner while Steve Barton of Bonne Terre was second.
In Open 4x4, Dan Wies of Wentzville continued his perfect season at BRSD by winning first place and top eliminator. J.R. Dreher of Wentzville was second. Wies has not lost a single race at Big River all season long.
In Off Road Modified, Todd Dee of Leadwood was the top eliminator and first place winner while James Casteel of Bismarck was second.
In Stock Buggy, Jeremy Sutton of Park Hills was the top eliminator and first place winner while Vernon Henson Jr. of Valle Mines was second.

In Super Pro ATV, Tim Brown of Bloomsdale was the top eliminator and first place winner while Rob Schmidt was second.
In Vehicle ET, Gladys Edwards of Bonne Terre won both top eliminator and first place while Bryan D. Cox of St. Louis was second.
In Competition Eliminator, Josh Varner of Bonne Terre drove the Bud Truck to first place and top eliminator wins while Brad Lunn of Pacific was second.
In Open 4x4, Terry Wies of Wentzville was the first place winner, but second place winner John Dreher captured the top eliminator race.
