JUST ANNOUNCED
RICHARD PETTY AT MACON SPEEDWAY'S NASCAR NIGHT II ON JUNE 13 ALONG WITH TONY STEWART, KENNY WALLACE AND KEN SCHRADER


Autograph session starting at 5 pm. First come, first served to the first 300 people.
 
Good to know "The King" will be in attendance. A respectful racer like Mr. Petty should make up for that clown Tony Stewart being around...
 
Last time I went Kyle Petty was supposed to be there and he didn't show up I hope that it rains that day I have to be out of town for it and they can reschedule I would love to meet Richard Petty and get his autograph.
 
i may take the 17 car there this sat...if i dont make a fool out my self i will go back the 13th,,may need a co=pilot as it is a bit of a drive,,gott=a figure a gear out..
 
I had a chance to meet and talk a bit with Richard Petty about 10 years ago, a fine southern gentleman. I was at Sears Point Raceway (then Infineon Raceway now Sonoma Raceway) just north of San Francisco, CA. It was a historic sports car event the Wine Country Classic. They were also honoring stock car racing and Petty was there. The autograph line was miles long, but I had inside access because I was racing in the event and they had a participants only party. Just imagine if NASCAR penalized teams like they do today, back when the Petty's raced. I don't think he would have won 200 races.
 
heres your chanceto race against tony maybee not another fun track to watch they dont scimp with the water so u might just be almost clean and not have to shower in there bathroom and power blow off befofore u leave

What's the payout for the late models? And what exactly is the "Big ten late model series?" Never heard of it.
 
Not sure the pay but, the big ten series is for the local guys that race around central Il. Now they welcome anyone that wants to come.
They do have a point fund at the end of it.
